Shop: Users access the ordering portal from any device, using their individual account log-in details to start shopping.
Check out: Users select the date and time for order collection, but can be seamlessly controlled with multi-level authority and spend limits.
Confirm: Autonomous system notifications sent to users via SMS or email, with a secure single-use PIN code for entry and collection of goods.
Local Collection
Secure access to the store at point-of-need is enabled with CCTV, alarms and check-in, check-out of items.
Access store: CCTV tracks who enters the store, and the user enters their unique PIN code to open the door and de-activate the alarm.
Locate items: Users search for their pre-ordered items once in the store, and confirm receipt using a handheld scanner on the product barcode.
